Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain financing to meet the Group's funding requirements, including but not limited to preparation of term sheets, financing proposal decks, as well as cashflow projections.
  • Ensure loan compliance checklists are updated and properly adhered to, including monitoring and managing bank covenant compliance and annual credit reviews by banks.
  • Keep track of loan schedules and process loan interest/repayment/drawdown.
  • Ensure operational banking matters are addressed on a timely manner.
  • Works closely and maintain good relationships with financiers, lawyers, valuers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc projects relevant to the role.

What We're Looking For

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent.
  • Preferably a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experiences in corporate/commercial banking, corporate treasury or financing related segments.
  • Experience in the financial services sector with knowledge in the property development and construction sectors will be an added advantage.
  • Required skills: Proficiency in accounting and finance as well as Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferably a highly self-driven individual with a proactive personality.
  • Good analytical skills, scepticism, great interpersonal communication, and a solution-driven train of thought will be a plus point.
