Obtain financing to meet the Group's funding requirements, including but not limited to preparation of term sheets, financing proposal decks, as well as cashflow projections.
Ensure loan compliance checklists are updated and properly adhered to, including monitoring and managing bank covenant compliance and annual credit reviews by banks.
Keep track of loan schedules and process loan interest/repayment/drawdown.
Ensure operational banking matters are addressed on a timely manner.
Works closely and maintain good relationships with financiers, lawyers, valuers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Undertake any other ad-hoc projects relevant to the role.
What We're Looking For
Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent.
Preferably a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experiences in corporate/commercial banking, corporate treasury or financing related segments.
Experience in the financial services sector with knowledge in the property development and construction sectors will be an added advantage.
Required skills: Proficiency in accounting and finance as well as Microsoft Excel.
Preferably a highly self-driven individual with a proactive personality.
Good analytical skills, scepticism, great interpersonal communication, and a solution-driven train of thought will be a plus point.
