We are partnering with multiple Publicly Listed Companies in the Klang Valley and they are all looking for Finance professionals who are well-versed with Bursa Consolidation to join their Group Finance Teams. Depending on your experiences, you may join them as either a Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Finance Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation and financial reporting.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with MFRS, Bursa Malaysia, and statutory requirements.
- Support annual reports, board papers, and audit-related matters.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in improving reporting processes, controls, and finance operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports and disclosures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or MIA.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience.
- Combination of external audit experience and commercial experience within publicly listed companies is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Bursa consolidation and group reporting.
- Strong understanding of MFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
