POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager / Associate Director will act as a strategic engine for domain-specific growth across Aerospace, Military Automotive, Weaponry & Ammunition, and New Technologies. This role is responsible for identifying emerging opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and driving innovation initiatives aligned with BHIC's vision and long-term growth objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop domain-specific strategic roadmaps and opportunity assessments.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and market trends.
- Cultivate partnerships with OEMs, technology providers, and defence agencies.
- Prepare feasibility studies and business cases for new ventures.
- Lead execution of strategic projects across assigned domains.
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to Lead/Director, Industry Frontier.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Defence Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in strategy development, business growth, or defence/aerospace sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of global defence trends and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
