Overview:

The Bancassurance Manager will report to the Head of Bancassurance within the Business & Corporate Banking to drive sales and marketing campaigns to increase sales production.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new products and work with insurance providers for the best product proposition

• Responsible for joint marketing & providing technical advice in improving business and providing a comprehensive solution to client financial needs

• Responsible for all the administrative and operation works related to Banca Business (i.e. Follow up cases, reporting etc.)

• Conduct product training, briefing and coaching to BCB sales staff

• Build and maintain business relationships with existing and new customers to ensure the client retention and cross sell opportunities.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

• Malaysia citizen.

• Bachelor's degree in banking/finance/accounting or any equivalent.

• 5 years and above in marketing or business development for General Insurance or Life Insurance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
