• Lead and motivate branch staff to work towards achieving their respective individual KRAs.
• Supervise, train and develop branch staff to improve their competency at branch level.
• Co-ordinate planning and execution of the region's key projects, wherever required using project management standards and methodology.
• Manage relationships with all internal stakeholders and relevant external service providers/strategic partners, whenever required and applicable.

Represent Hong Leong Bank in the community where applicable and required especially when relieving a branch through:
. Relationship building with community and its leaders
. Cross selling efforts to provide referrals and leads for HLB and Hong Leong Group of Companies.
