Overview

The Asst Manager, Performance Management is to support business with performance reporting & analytical requirements. Candidate possessing expertise in Business & Corporate Banking will be given primary consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce periodical or ad-hoc data / reports / analysis to support Management's business and strategic decisions.

• Involved in periodical or ad-hoc data cleansing / integrity checks.

• Involved in system enhancement initiative or any other projects assigned.

• Liaison between business stakeholders and data / MIS team on business requirements and deliverables.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration / Data Management / Data Science or its equivalent.

• Good communication in English, both spoken & written.

• Candidate must possess analytics technical knowledge such as SQL, Power BI & Visualization, Tableau and Python.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data modeling
