Perform and develop the areas of business development, project management and delivery management (including solutioning, integration and outsourcing OBU mass production).
Lead and manage the sales process, from initial customer engagement through solution design, proposal development, and contract close.
Supervision of local technical operations and matters.
Contribute to groupwide reporting.
Serve as a representative on the board of directors, contributing to decision-making and business development direction.
Qualifications
Expertise and skills in defining and executing business development strategies, integrating EFKON's technical solution based on local market needs.
Target‑driven approach, moving opportunities efficiently from initial lead to contract.
Strong technical management skills. Leadership in cross-functional teams, including project and delivery management in electronic payment and intelligent transportation solutions.
Fundamental technical understanding in electronics and software.
Advanced communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
Advanced English language skills in both oral and written communication. Proficiency in Malay language is a plus.
