You will lead the end-to-end strategy, implementation, growth, and operations of NTUC LearningHub's Career Mentoring Programme. This includes managing the CAAS sector-wide mentoring initiative across 10 participating companies, driving mentor and mentee acquisition, overseeing programme performance and stakeholder engagement, operating the mentoring platform, and developing new enterprise partnerships to expand the Career Mentoring Programme across multiple industries.
You will be responsible for ensuring successful programme delivery, measurable participant outcomes, strong client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth for the mentoring portfolio.
