About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated
Manager, CCRIS to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison with Bank Negara Malaysia on all CCRIS-related matters. You'll ensure full compliance with CCRIS reporting requirements, maintain data accuracy, manage submissions, and support system enhancements that impact CCRIS processes.
What You Will Be Doing
- Act as the Liaison Officer for both RHB Bank and RHB Investment Bank on all CCRIS matters with BNM.
- Ensure full compliance with CCRIS guidelines and submit required data to BNM within weekly and month-end timelines.
- Attend to all CCRIS data verification queries and respond within specified timeframes.
- Review rejected data from BNM, coordinate rectification efforts, and work with IT on change requests to improve data quality.
- Participate in UATs for program fixes, system enhancements, and new projects that affect CCRIS reporting.
- Flag any security breaches by CCRIS users to the Head of CCRIS Projects for further action.
- Ensure timely monthly submission of SREF.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to team members on CCRIS matters and new reporting requirements.
- Manage CCRIS-related projects, including enhancements to BAU processes and regulatory-driven improvements.
- Assist with monthly or ad-hoc reporting requests from other RHB units when required.
- Support preparation and submission of DQR/OBR reports to BNM.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in finance, IT, business, or a related field.
- Experience in regulatory reporting, CCRIS, credit operations, or related areas is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of BNM requirements and CCRIS reporting processes.
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage time-sensitive tasks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
