Job Description

Main

  • Monitoring the CRM Flow & CRM Maintenances
  • Checking CRM maintenance including Standing Instruction (SI)
  • Unfreeze Account/Freeze Account
  • Attending query emails

Relief

  • RPA processes: Deceased Tagging/CEC/SI maintenance
  • IBL process/Bankruptcy tagging/un-tagging
  • Standing Instruction Maintenance

Others

  • BDS overriding/BDS vouchers signing
  • Yearly UMA reporting submission
  • CPC manual reviews/updates
  • Any other tasks related to the team/department
  • Any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time
  • JD will be updated/revised from time to time when it requires.
