Northport is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives across the company.
Role Description
- Drive Change Management and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives aligned with transformation priorities
- Lead Kaizen workshops and process improvement projects across divisions
- Review and optimise workflows, SOPs, approvals, reporting processes, and operational controls
- Monitor improvement initiatives, productivity gains, and operational efficiency outcomes
- Strengthen process standardisation, governance, and audit readiness
- Develop dashboards, improvement registers, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related field
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in process improvement, operations, quality management or transformation initiatives
- Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, ISO, Six Sigma or Change Management frameworks is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills
