Manager, Commercial Steering

To drive the high level of commercial initiatives and KPI deliverables in Area.

• Drive performancefor CommercialKPI deliverables in Area South East Asia

• Provide in-depth analysis and insights to senior leadership in ASE and stakeholders

• Analyze various KPIs and guide sales organization to identify opportunities to achieve target

• Support and / or implement thecommercial project rollout or adhoc commercial campaigns

• Particulate in regular collaboration calls with stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in shipping / logistics, preferably in the maritime industry or equivalent qualification

• Preferably incommercial experience or BA Controlling but not limited.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Internal analytical system (QV, Qliksens or etc) and decent level of MS office skill
• Excellent and effective communication skills verbal and written in English
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to organize, review data with accuracy, identify the root cause of complex issues, develop ideas and determine business changes resulting in stronger business results
