Job Purpose
Lead, plan and manage tenancy, leasing, conveyancing, and land management matters to maximise value on organization's assets in compliance to statutory / legislative requirements for long term sustainable growth.
Main Accountabilities
- Legal Advisory - Manage and plan overall provision of legal advisory services in relation to conveyancing and leasing matters to safeguard the organization's interest and reputation.
- Lease Management - Lead and manage tenancy / leasing / wayleave arrangements of organization's assets. Develop the conceptual lease management plans for new land and properties.
- Conveyancing - Lead and drive the preparation and completion of the relevant documents for the disposal and acquisition of organization's assets and properties.
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution Management - Manage and plan overall provision of legal advisory services in relation to conveyancing and leasing matter.
- Record Management & Strategic Stakeholder Management
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Laws from a recognized university / institution.
- Minimum 15 years of experience handling various real estate and property matters with minimum 5 years experience in managerial role.
