Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Head of Division in devising, coordinating and executing WHB Group Corporate Communications & Sustainability (GCCS) Annual Operations Plan (AOP).
  • Support Head of Division in developing and finalizing GCCS's budget and its utilization towards meeting WHB's GCCS strategic objectives.
  • Support Head of Division in overseeing the overall integrated Corp. Comms. of WHB towards ensuring consistency in the dissemination of information of WHB Group of Companies.
  • Plan and execute effective strategies that build corporate image, brand awareness and visibility, staff engagement and stakeholders satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed media plan and other Corp. Comms. Plans.
  • Work effectively with all Head of Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Corporate Shared Services Units (CSSUs) towards generating effective strategies and ideas.
  • Support Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), top management and Head of Division in WHB's PR and networking initiatives and programs.
  • Respond to integrated Corp. Comms. matters and issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and edit materials inclusive of speeches, articles, editorials, interviews, scripts, news updates, company collaterals and other varied communications.
  • Support Head of Division in managing all Corp. Comms. vendors and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Mass Communications with a minimum of 7 years experience in Communications, PR, Journalism or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior communications role, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Experienced in managing stakeholders at various levels and cultivating positive relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English and Bahasa.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Budget management experience and familiarity with corporate event coordination.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and alignment with company values.
