Support strategic planning and analysis, strategy implementation and strategic performance management of the group.
Assist in overseeing the business expansion and corporate exercises of the Group.
Assist in the preparation of board papers, regulatory applications or other necessary tasks including feasibility studies and valuation analysis of investment proposals.
Perform various task investments performance monitoring and reporting.
Develop, review and report on the investment strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well executed and in line with the organization's investment strategies.
Oversee and monitor the performance of the subsidiaries/investment.
Participate in Business Improvements in the investments ( key strategic implementation, funding requirements)
Provide in-depth analysis and commentary input into required management reports.
Assist in corporate and special projects as assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, strategic planning, or business development.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and feasibility analysis skills.
Proficient in preparing board papers, management reports, and regulatory submissions.
Ability to analyse complex financial and operational data, provide insightful recommendations, and support strategic decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and in a team.
