Job Purpose
- Lead the development, implementation and continuous enhancement of MBSB Group's culture and employee engagement strategy to strengthen organisational effectiveness, employee experience, leadership behaviours and business performance.
- Drive the integration of myPledge Core Actions & Behaviours (CAB) into leadership practices, people processes and business operations while providing strategic oversight, governance and advisory support for culture transformation initiatives across the Group.
Key Accountabilities
Lead Group-wide Culture Transformation Strategy
- Develop and execute culture transformation roadmap aligned with Group strategy and Flight26 aspirations.
- Define culture priorities, initiatives and governance framework.
- Advise senior leadership on culture-related matters and interventions
Drive Organizational Culture Assessment and Insights
- Lead annual culture assessment and employee engagement survey initiatives.
- Analyze culture trends, risks, strengths and improvement opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to Senior Management and Board Committees where required.
Embed myPledge Culture Across the Group
- Ensure integration of myPledge Core Actions & Behaviours (CAB) into talent management, leadership development, performance management, employee lifecycle processes and key MBSB signature programmes.
- Partner with HRBPs, L&D and Communications to embed myPledge into programme content, messaging and employee touchpoints.
- Champion culture interventions and Culture Management Tools, including Focused Feedback, Focused Recognition and Focused Storytelling, to reinforce desired behaviours.
Provide Strategic Culture Advisory to Business Leaders
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose culture challenges and design targeted interventions.
- Facilitate culture workshops, leadership dialogues and change initiatives.
Strengthen Employee Engagement and Employee Experience
- Design and oversee engagement programmes that enhance employee connection, belonging and organizational pride.
- Establish employee listening mechanisms and engagement frameworks.
Culture Analytics, Governance and Reporting
- Establish culture metrics, dashboards and reporting framework.
- Monitor culture KPIs and emerging risks.
- Prepare periodic reports for Management and relevant governance committees
Lead Culture Communication and Change Initiatives
- Develop culture communication strategy and storytelling framework.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all employee touchpoints.
- Sponsor culture campaigns and leadership communications
Manage Vendor and External Partnerships
- Lead engagement with culture consulting firms and external partners.
- Manage contracts, budgets, service delivery and project outcomes.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop team members.
- Drive high performance culture within the team.
- Ensure succession and capability development of direct reports.
Threshold Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Change Management Business Administration, or a related field.
Years & Nature of Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in culture development, employee engagement, or change management, preferably within a support or coordination capacity.
