Establish and maintain a globally deployed, supported and standard DevSecOps toolsets that includes Atlassian suite of products, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, Miro and others which may be assess and approve in the future:
. Define, maintain, and own the process & procedures for subscriptions creation & user management
. Track and manage required licenses purchase, renewal by engagement with respective subscription owners
. Ensure required budget and forecast exercise with respective business units are conducted following the budget cycle plan or as required on ad-hoc basis
. Implement improvements to ensure security risk and compliance issues are addressed
. Drive incident, problem & change management related activities which has an impact to the scope of services at organization level
. Orchestrate and work with key vendors.
. Actively seek improvements to the team's process.
. Actively participate in operational ITIL processes i.e. Incident, Change Management (CAB), Release Management, Problem Management, and Availability Management.
