Job Purpose

Responsible for Retail Internet Banking (RIB), Mobile Banking (MB) and Digital project deliverable and implementation in accordance with industry practice, compliance & regulatory guidelines.

Accountabilities

  • Provide support and work closely with product/ line of business/ technical/ vendor team for any implementation of new Digital project and Service Requests in analyzing, assessing and organize the gathered product requirement, functionality, usability, gaps, and fitness for purpose.
  • Provide business requirement and review functional specification, to ensure adequate coverage of relevant business processes, to operating as per design and compliance with business procedures and control.
  • Designing, writing, and executing various types of test plan and strategies, test cases such as functional, regression, and customer scenario testing
  • Conducting post-release and post-implementation testing
  • Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing functional issues, recommend and monitor corrective as well as preventive actions without major system disruption.
  • Produce, and review document and material requirement for testing or project include preparing BRD/FSD and test scripts, Request for Information (RFI), Request for proposal (RFP) and performs UAT and rolling out of the initiatives.
  • Responsible in process improvements by preparing a high-level operation flow / Process Risk & Control Assessment (PRCA) in line with latest industry requirements, internal policy, and regulatory standards.
  • Supporting, guide and render a training/ knowledge transfer to operation team (RIB/MB BAU support, Contact Center and Branches, CCQ, LOB) regarding RIB/MB on system functionality, core processes, and standard operational procedure.
  • Do research for better understand the business requirements and recommend appropriate applications as well as technologies, following the industry practice, compliance & regulatory guidelines.
  • To perform any other relief duties/ assignment as and when need arises, job responsibilities might be amended by Immediate Supervisor/ Manager/ Head of Department.

Requirements

  • Qualification
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Studies/IT or related field.
  • Two (3) years and above of Business Analyst experience or relevant field.
  • Skills/ Knowledge/ Experience
  • Possess good writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player, flexible and can work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and in team with self-initiative and positive attitude
  • Innovative thinking and up to date with latest technology in the marketplace.
  • Great analytical, conceptual, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptable of working in fast-paced environments, to prioritize workload and deliver on schedule.
  • Experience in supporting UAT using testing tools is preferred.
  • Experience in banking software application function and business
