Role overview
Lead digital strategy, performance and martech conversation for key clients, ensuring best-in-class execution, strong client partnerships and continuous growth across paid, owned, and earned media.
Key Responsibilities
Client, Business Leadership & Vendor Management
- Act as the main digital lead and point of contact for assigned clients.
- Drive digital strategy, performance excellence and adoption of digital best practices.
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for account growth and revenue.
- Educate clients on digital trends, solutions and innovations across performance, data, and analytics.
- Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth.
- Manage relationships with key media technology partners (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic) and expand networks with digital solution providers
Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across planning, data, ecommerce and strategy on digital initiative across paid, owned, and earned channels including SEO/GEO, web analytics, CRO and digital content.
- Develop forecasting models, performance monitoring frameworks (KPI) and opportunity plans.
- Translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies and campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities within the evolving digital landscape.
Performance & Operations
- Oversee campaign performance and ensure delivery against KPIs across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & Programmatic.
- Improve workflows, optimization processes and budget tracking across accounts.
- Maintain high-quality standards, establish best practices across teams & provide hands-on support where needed to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Thought Leadership & Innovation
- Drive POVs, case studies and industry thought leadership materials.
- Champion new martech & AI tools, technologies and digital platform capabilities
- Stay ahead of industry trends and translate them into actionable insights for clients and teams
Team & Capability Development
- Mentor, guide & upskilling team members across departments.
- Support development of internal frameworks, processes and capabilities.
Experience & Requirements
- 6+ years in digital performance marketing across key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Programmatic).
- Strong experience in digital strategy, campaign planning and client management
- Familiar with SEO, web analytics, CRO, data analytics, ecommerce and experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, CM360/DCM, SA360 or similar will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and present digital strategic recommendations.
- Proactive, independent and results-driven mindset.
