We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose:

• Lead the Employee Data Administration (EDA) function to deliver high-quality, compliant and scalable HR services while driving continuous improvement, automation and digital transformation.
• Ensure operational excellence through efficient, data-driven processes aligned with evolving business and HR strategy.

Your tasks:

• Define and execute plans including metrics and budgets for own area in line with overall HR Administration/Shared Services strategy.
• Responsible for overseeing the integrity, accuracy and security of employee data, adhering to data privacy regulations and internal audit controls.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in employee records.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with employee records in HR systems (eg. Oracle, Payroll, Leave and T&A).
• Own end-to-end employee data processes ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Lead automation and digitalization of services (RPA, workflows, AI).
• Partner with HR IT to enhance systems and reporting capabilities.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards.
• Standardize and optimize processes globally.

Your profile:

Education Level

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in HR, Business or related field

Experience Level

• Minimum 3 years Leadership experience in shared services or operations.
• Strong track record in transformation, process improvement and automation.
