What You'll Do
- Employee Experience & Culture: Develop and execute employee experience strategies and frameworks that foster engagement, recognition, and a sense of belonging throughout the employee life cycle.
- Employee Feedback & Analysis: Manage employee surveys and analyse feedback data to identify trends and drive initiatives that improve engagement and retention.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives impacting employee experience, ensuring smooth adoption through structured frameworks and communication plans.
- Employee Communications: Create and deliver clear, engaging communication strategies that reinforce culture and connect employees to the firm's priorities.
Experience
What you'll bring
- 68 years in HR, Talent, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Organisational Culture or Consulting roles.
- Proven track record in project management and change management.
- Prior experience managing a small team is a plus.
Skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Familiarity with employee engagement tools and HR systems.
- Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving capability.
