Analyze and recommend revision of O&M policies / future policies that includes the exploration and proposal for right analytical techniques and maintenance tools in ensuring system efficiency and cost effective in delivery of stipulated service levels to customers,
Developing, improvement, innovates current / future initiatives, implementation and monitoring of Engineerings and other initiatives related to Engineering/ Technical,
Research and development for Engineering / Tecnical system excellence for better business implications for short, medium and long terms,
Provides technical advisory based on Subject Matter Expert on Airport facility and system,
Provides technical guidance for technology advancements, eg SAP, CMMS, PdM and Reliability Maintenance
Recommend systems/equipments/business processes standardizations following the Airport System Condition Assesment involvements.
Recommend Engineering/ Technical benchmarks for industry best practices for its implementations
Enforces full compliances with the relevant internal and local laws, regulations, legislations and acts
Enforces internalization of quality system, and safety health & environment
Provides and maintains the succession plans for personnel and job enrichment
Provides assistance in technicals / assesment / projects from time to time as and when required.
