Job Description:
- Oversee equipment ramp and meet equipment utilization.
- Oversee new equipment and testing technology.
- Responsible for meeting cost, productivity, quality goals and tactical plans to support equipment roadmap.
- Customer corrective actions.
- Formulate plans & lead a team to achieve section goals and objectives.
- Train, develop and retain staff.
- Plan and maximize available resources.
- Manage the budget, resources and cost of the Section to ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations.
- Lead and guide staff to achieve engineering / technical solutions as well as maintain competitiveness.
- Participate or lead in plant wide cross-functional activities.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements and Must Have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics
- Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English
- Experience: 8-12 years industrial experience with 5-8 years equipment engineering experience
- Good in communication with customer
- Good knowledge in Wafer Sort related experience
- Good understanding of all phases of operations.
- Knowledge in IC technologies, fabrication, customer process and application.
- Effective management and leadership skills.
- Help build and maintain effective teams.
- Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
- Effective communication skills.
- Project Management skill.
