Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Facilitating the preparation of periodical reporting requirements to support the business growth which covers:
- Monthly business analysis and reporting pack.
- Analytics on Key Business Drivers for Business.
- Facilitating the formulation and preparation of the annual budget as well as the periodical projections / forecast for Quarterly Strategic Business Management meetings.
- Provide financial support for new business initiatives / product launch setups
- Provide support for adhoc reporting requirements from business (Rating Agencies, ALCO, etc).
- Support business with financial analysis in formulating new Product Programs/ Campaigns in PFS, able to provide financial insights/ accounting implications in developing PFS products.
- Support business with financial analysis, business plan projection for capital expenditure requests , set up key metrics to measure benefits from capital and non-capital expenditure
- Ensure compliance with the Group Finance procedures, Group Accounting Policy and accounting standards
Job requirement
- Degree in Accounting & Finance or Professional Degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years experience in Finance/Audit in financial services or similar dynamic operating environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
