Job Description

This role provides hands-on support for financial reporting solution delivery, data control, reporting maintenance, and controlled change execution in support of local finance stakeholders. The role works closely with business users and regional support teams to strengthen reporting quality, process efficiency, collaboration, operational stability, and quarter-end execution by using technology tool and platform.

The role is expected to bring strong capability in structured reporting data, governed reporting outputs, reconciliations, control discipline, and user support. The successful candidate should also contribute to team capability building by guiding colleagues on reporting logic, data flow, and operating practices.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of financial reporting solutions and governed reporting outputs.

  • Maintain and improve structured reporting datasets, reporting logic, output controls, and related processes.

  • Support data sourcing, mapping, validation, reconciliations, and exception analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting outputs.

  • Investigate reporting variances, data issues, and operational breaks, and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.

  • Support recurring updates, change requests, testing activities, release follow-up, and production readiness.

  • Maintain process documentation and control evidence to support a well-governed reporting environment.

  • Guide internal colleagues on reporting logic, data outputs, and process understanding to strengthen team capability over time.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement in reporting stability, transparency, control, and stakeholder collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or related discipline.

  • Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, auditing, internal controls, reporting operations, finance transformation, or reporting solution support.

  • Advanced software and data skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, or equivalent query and analysis capability, with ability to perform data extraction, interpret reporting data, and communicate data requirements effectively with system and data stakeholders.

  • Strong hands-on experience in structured reporting delivery, data validation, reconciliations, and controlled reporting processes.

  • Experience engaging with large-scale financial reporting technology platforms or equivalent SaaS tools to support finance process efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Experience in enterprise reporting environments, governed reporting processes, or system-enabled financial reporting is preferred.

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and control-oriented mindset.

  • Eager to learn, adaptable to change, and able to show growth capability over time.

  • Able to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder and deadline-driven environment.

  • Team player.
