Role Overview
The FP&A and Treasury Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting Ditrolic Energy's financial planning, analysis, and treasury operations. This position is designed for a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who can contribute to the company's financial health and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow optimization, and financial risk management, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead and support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals.
2. Treasury Management
- Manage liquidity, working capital, and financing strategies.
- Optimize cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
- Maintain banking relationships and negotiate terms for loans and credit facilities.
- Monitor foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity risks.
3. Strategic Finance Advisory
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses for investment evaluations.
- Support M&A, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives with financial due diligence.
- Advise leadership on capital structure and funding strategies.
4. Process Improvement & Reporting
- Drive improvements in financial planning and treasury processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies for accurate reporting.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including project finance, corporate strategy, and operations.
- Support mentoring and development of junior finance staff where applicable.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
- 58 years of relevant experience in FP&A and treasury functions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, HFM).
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, or private equity-backed companies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
