Job Purpose:
As HR Business Partner, you are responsible to plan and lead the execution and consultation of strategic HR initiatives aims at delivering people solutions to business initiatives. Your role involves strategic HR planning, supporting managers in decision-making, coaching and mentoring employees, and enhancing organizational performance through effective HR processes. Your mission is to align HR practices with business goals to drive growth, engagement, and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defines and executes change management strategies in managing organizational change relating to HR related activities e.g. organizational planning, resourcing, performance management, talent management, development interventions, industrial relations and retention strategies.
- Champions the implementation of HR Centres of Excellence initiatives together with business units to drive effectiveness and efficiency.
- Supports manpower planning and resourcing strategy and plans to ensure optimal staffing.
- Drives organizational effectiveness to increase productivity and optimize cost within business units.
- Achieves smooth HR operations in compliance with HR policies and procedures as well as operational excellence standards.
- Develops strong network and ensuring responsible communication with stakeholders to enhance relationship for better results.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts, fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Role model and drives activities to encourage and build desired organizational culture and values in the division and with all staff.
- Track, monitor and analyze HR data to project trends and keep up-to-date with market trends and benchmark data to strategize and improve HR practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures, and guidelines.
- To perform any other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Human Resource/Business Admin/Psychology/Economics/Social Science/Accounting/Finance/equivalent)
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR roles, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar capacity. In-depth knowledge and experience of HR practices, property development or investment & asset management.
