Overview

Job Description

  • Develop and implement learning strategies, e-learning courses, maintain the learning management system, and manage budgets.
  • Assess training needs, deliver training, and track learning effectiveness.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs that aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Assess individual and organizational training needs and maintain a learning culture throughout the organization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to secure an aligned framework/approach to competency development.
  • Organize e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings.
  • Track budgets, negotiate contracts, and effectively manage the third-party training providers.
  • Measure and report on learning programs effectiveness and oversee the learning content and progress in the learning management system.
  • Supervise L&D specialists.
  • Any other tasks that assigned by your superior.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree / Master's in Human Resources or in Business Administration or any equivalent

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with similar roles and responsibilities.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

  • Knowledge in L&D areas.
  • Training Needs Analysis.
  • Competencies Development.
  • Project Management
  • Advanced Facilitation Skills.
  • Advanced Instructional Design Capabilities.
  • Managing training functions.
