Our business scope encompasses the distribution of New Energy Vehicles, provision of EV charging solutions, electronic parts and mobility solutions, finance and insurance services, retailing of accessories and merchandise, monitoring data services for customers as well as the latest technology in EV design and manufacturing.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and implement salary structures, grading frameworks, and incentive schemes.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
- Manage annual salary review, bonus cycles, and increment exercises.
- Provide advisory to management on compensation strategies and pay decisions.
- Oversee employee benefits programs (e.g., medical, insurance, leave, wellness initiatives).
- Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings based on market trends and employee needs.
- Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Analyze compensation data, trends, and cost impacts to support decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners on workforce planning and budgeting.
- Provide guidance on job evaluations, promotions, and internal transfers.
- Support communication of compensation and benefits programs to employees.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits design.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
