The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Retail Sales Operations Hiring Leadership
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Retail Sales Operations across assigned regions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions with high-quality candidates.
b) Team Management
- Lead, guide, and develop a team of recruitment executives focused on RSO hiring.
- Track team performance and support continuous improvement efforts.
c) Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline via job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus outreach.
- Analyze sourcing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
d) Hiring Progress Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive recruitment trackers to monitor hiring progress across locations
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates to support decision-making and reporting
- Prepare regular dashboards, reports, and insights for management review
e) Employer Branding
- Plan and execute initiatives to enhance the organization's employer brand.
- Partner with marketing and internal teams to create engaging recruitment content and campaigns
f) Career Fairs & Campus Hiring
- Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, career talks, and campus drives to attract talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant institutes and training partners
g) Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure adherence to internal recruitment policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in high-volume or frontline hiring experience preferred.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a small recruitment team.
- Strong familiarity with sourcing channels, hiring analytics, and ATS usage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive and innovative in approach to sourcing and employer branding.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
