OVERVIEW
- Lead the planning and execution of IT strategies and roadmap to support the growth of the subsidiary company. Oversee project deliverables & project implementation.
- Lead the ERP, develop retail/ GP software, provide analytical insights.
- Provide direction and approve IT Infrastructure design.
- Forecast and prepare annual budget for IT spending at organizational level.
- Create system and structure for disaster recovery and system restoration to ensure business continuity.
- Create inclusive customer experience and achieve satisfaction levels.
- Formulate policies and procedures to safeguard information resources.
- Build a network of strategic partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor daily IT operations.
- Remove showstoppers in IT projects, and resolve technical problems and operation issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or equivalent in relevant IT field
- Prefer 10 years of working experience with 5 years in a managerial post.
- Experience in ERP especially D365.
- Experience in distributor or trading industry.
