Manager, Integral Life Delivery Management

Position Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Integral Life (IL) Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on development and production support experience.

Responsible for system solutions deliverable to support the initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Analyse/Investigate business queries and provide solutions to business users

·       Monitor and support production systems, including incident management and problem resolution.

·       Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot application.

·       Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and operational standards.

Job Requirements:

·       Degree in IT or related areas.

·       Has minimum 4 years of working experience in the application development for life insurance domain using Integral Life/Life Asia COBOL system.

·       Intermediate knowledge of AS400, COBOL, SMART/400, Control Language and SQL development.

·       Fast learner and has strong analytical and impact analysis skills to provide feedback/inputs on user requirements.

·       Has good personality and attitude.

·      Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IL development and support.

·      Strong experience in Smart400 and COBOL development and maintenance.

·      Experience in Life insurance business domain

·      Experience working with IBM i (AS/400) environments.

·      Proven experience in supporting IL application including batch support.

·      Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience interacting directly with business users.

·      Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·      Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
