As part of the Group Talent, Leadership, Learning and Culture function, the Learning Administration & Learning Operations Manager plays a critical role in enabling the Group's learning strategy through strong operational governance, systems excellence, and endtoend delivery oversight of learning and development across the Group.
Reporting to the Group Head of Learning, this role is responsible for ensuring high-quality learning operations and efficient delivery of learning and development programs across the organisation enabling growth and development of employees. The role acts as the operational backbone of Group Learning CoEtranslating strategy into disciplined execution, datadriven insights, and seamless learner experiences across markets.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy and brings operational rigour, effective stakeholder management, systems knowledge, with a strong people-first mindset and passion for enabling learning at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning Operations & Governance
- Provide endtoend ownership of learning operations and administration for Group Learning, ensuring consistent standards, processes, and controls across all markets.
- Establish, document, and continuously improve Group Learning guidelines, frameworks and SOPs, to drive consistent, compliant and scalable delivery.
- Support Group head of Learning in enabling effective execution of the Learning strategy by providing operational insights, risk visibility, and recommendations that strengthen delivery effectiveness.
- Lead operational planning for the annual learning calendar, ensuring readiness, resourcing, and execution discipline.
2. Vendor, Contracts & Budget Management
- Own the vendor onboarding, contracting, and performance management lifecycle for learning and talent partners across the Group.
- Partner with Procurement and Legal to negotiate contracts that balance quality, costeffectiveness, and strategic fit.
- Oversee learning budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing processes, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate tracking, and timely payments.
- Monitor vendor performance and value delivery, driving continuous improvement and optimisation.
3. Learning Systems & Data Management
- Ensure seamless and positive learner experience, efficient program delivery, data accuracy and system integrity via the Learning Management System (LMS). Maintain and update the LMS with course content, learner records, and training history. Assist employees with LMS access, troubleshooting, and navigation.
- Drive LMS optimisation, adoption, and governance in partnership with HR Technology and Group IT teams.
- Own learning data, reporting, and dashboardstranslating operational data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Establish consistent reporting standards for participation, completion, compliance, and feedback across Group learning initiatives.
4. Programme Delivery & Stakeholder Experience
- Oversee the operational delivery of Group Talent and Learning programmes, leadership initiatives, and capabilitybuilding interventions.
- Ensure seamless coordination across scheduling, enrolment, logistics, communications, facilitators, and technology platforms.
- Act as the escalation point for learning-related queries from employees and markets, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to learners and stakeholders.
- Partner closely with HR Tech CoE, Business SMEs and Market Learning representatives to deliver a consistent and highquality learning experience across the Group.
- Partner with internal communications to roll-out company-wide learning-related communication.
5. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
- Stay current on best practices in learning operations, learning systems, and recommend process enhancements. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, leverage technology, and enhance learner and stakeholder experience.
- Lead improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, scalability, and data maturity of Group Learning operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Min 10 years of experience in learning operations, HR operations, HR systems, or programme management, with people management experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Learning Management Systems, HR systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, vendor management, and operational governance.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes (e.g. Excel, Power BI or similar tools).
- Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills across senior and diverse audiences.
- High attention to detail, strong professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
