Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to join our Management Reporting Unit. This role plays a critical part in delivering timely, accurate financial insights to support business performance, strategic decision-making, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support core management and group reporting functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information.
  • Provide meaningful financial analysis and insights to business units for performance monitoring, strategy formulation, and decision-making.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance reviews.
  • Partner with business unit heads on performance management and financial planning.
  • Prepare financial reports, analysis, and presentation materials for senior management and the Board.
  • Deliver timely management reporting and business analysis to the Head of Finance.
  • Lead in-depth margin and profitability analysis to support sales and product strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external audit processes, including audit documentation and follow-ups.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the management reporting function.
  • Identify and implement process automation initiatives with measurable cost savings.
  • Independently prepare high-quality presentation decks for Board meetings and ad-hoc requests with minimal guidance.
  • Conduct gap analysis for new or amended Securities Commission (SC) regulations and support implementation.
  • Lead the annual CMSL renewal process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Manage the Management Forum secretariat, including preparation of clear, concise, and timely meeting minutes.
  • Stay informed of regulatory and industry developments, reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures as required.
  • Work collaboratively within the team, contributing positively and supporting team objectives.
  • Proactively review current work practices and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 45 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or management reporting.
  • Prior audit experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and engage with senior stakeholders.
