Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and innovative Manager, AI to lead advanced AI initiatives across our marketing and campaign functions. This role is at the forefront of our ambitious Big Brain AI ecosystem, where we integrate real-time intelligence, deep campaign analytics, and cutting-edge generative AI to power the next generation of highly personalized customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
AI Ecosystem & Strategy
- Architect and lead the development of the agentic AI framework - a central decisioning layer designed to power intelligent customer journeys, dynamic content generation, and sophisticated campaign orchestration.
- Drive the vision, design, and adoption of a comprehensive AI-first strategy for marketing and customer delivery, focusing on predictive personalization, automated decisioning, and data-driven content optimization.
- Coordinate seamlessly across business, data, and engineering teams to operationalize AI-driven intelligence at scale, ensuring widespread adoption and impact.
Generative AI (GenAI) & Content Intelligence
- Lead the development and fine-tuning of Generative AI tools, leveraging cloud models (like Gemini) and specialized on-premise/local LLMs to produce high-quality genAI solutions.
- Automate end-to-end content workflows to empower our campaign teams, dramatically reducing manual effort and significantly improving engagement effectiveness.
- Champion best practices in prompt engineering, model evaluation, and the implementation of Responsible AI principles to ensure our AI-generated communications are ethical, safe, brand-aligned, and high-impact
Platform, Tools & Technical Leadership
- Contribute directly to the infrastructure planning for our hybrid AI solutions, providing strategic guidance on the use of both on-premise and cloud technologies.
- Be a hands-on leader in the development of our proprietary AI agents.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with cross functional teams, especially the campaign operations team to implement AI features seamlessly into day to day campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between AI capabilities and business objectives across different regions and stakeholders.
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Actuarial Studies, Banking/Finance, Business, Marketing, Mathematics/Statistics, Market Research or related disciplines.
- 3 years and above relevant work experience.
- Modeling experience is a requirement for this role, including segmentation and propensity models.
