Incorporated on 16th August 2022, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn Bhd. General (or Official) Distributor of smart vehicles in Malaysia & Thailand.
Our mission and vision are to become the leader in new energy ecosystem automotive solutions. Our business scope encompasses the distribution of New Energy Vehicles, provision of EV charging solutions, electronic parts and mobility solutions, finance and insurance services, retailing of accessories and merchandise, monitoring data services for customers as well as the latest technology in EV design and manufacturing.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Network Support Division overall operations to ensure divisional KPIs meet PRO-NET's Mission.
- Managing divisional functions to align with PRO-NET's strategic direction and development
- Develop and improve division's capability and efficiency to ensure Network personnel are capable, competence and talented.
- Develop a comprehensive coverage of dealer network to fulfil PRO-NET's current and future development strategies.
- Constantly improve internal operations capability to improve outlet operations, hence improve overall PRO-NET Sales and After Sales performance.
- Create and expand Training Department functions to enhance knowledge and capability of internal and outlet staff.
- Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures to improve PRO-NET SSI & CSI ranking.
- Establish and create New Dealer Standard and policies to ensure a win-win situation for both PRO-NET and its dealers.
- Ensure the divisional KPIs are achievable and drive a happy working entity for Network Support Division.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- At least 10 15 years relevant working experience in Automotive/EV Industry.
- Experience in dealing with dealers and Sales & Marketing.
- Good knowledge of network planning & development, dealer operations, financing and insurance, and EV used car market.
