To achieve Malaysia's new installation or modernization sales targets for lifts and escalators.
To generate modernization sales, coordinate with Branch on portfolio upgrade needs, capture non- Schindler units as a portfolio gain, strategize Schindler as preferred modernization service partner.
To manage the transaction and progress of documentation in line with the commercial policy of the group
To actively promote the Schindler global brand
To ensure adherence to the Sales Excellence Process
Key Function:
Prepare and submit tenders, attend negotiations, and secure sales orders.
Provide support and services to both existing and new clients to maintain and establish business relationships.
Analyze building information from designers or consultants to prepare traffic analysis reports.
Seek out business opportunities, especially for medium and high-scale projects.
Follow up on tender and negotiation status with customers.
Close sales deals with minimal supervision.
Continuously look for new customers and consultants and foster good working relationships with all stakeholders.
Manage customer expectations and maintain positive relationships.
Present products to owners, consultants, and architects, and effectively promote Schindler solutions.
Promote and drive safe behavior according to the Schindler Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
Plan and implement continuous improvement actions for safety and processes.
Support safety initiatives and their implementation.
Carry out any other ad hoc projects or assignments as directed by management.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technical/ Business Studies.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience preferably within the lift, M&E or construction industry.
