Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe, while ensuring customer data is secure, is at the core of what we do. You will manage a DevSecOps team in developing best-in-class applications and providing second- and third-level day-to-day operational support.
You will work closely with stakeholders and manage your resources to ensure projects are on track and incidents are resolved in a timely manner.

As a Manager of Team, having DevSecOps experience is a huge plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a technology aficionado; therefore, you have a good understanding of DevSecOps and exposure to Generative AI, automation, or emerging digital technologies is an added advantage. You are able to work well with a team, solve problems, and prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, so advanced spoken and written English will certainly be useful.
