Position Title: Manager, People & Culture (Performance, Engagement & Culture)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, People & Culture to lead the design and execution of performance management, culture transformation, and employee engagement strategies. This role is critical in driving high performance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and a passion for building inclusive and high-performing work environments.
This role leads a team of 5 direct reports and works closely with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to embed best-in-class people practices across the organization
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Design and implement end-to-end performance management frameworks, tools, and processes that align with business goals and drive a high-performance culture.
- Support goal-setting processes, ensuring alignment with SMART principles and organizational KPIs.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities; present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with HRBPs and managers to ensure fair, consistent, and constructive performance feedback and review processes.
- Stay current on industry best practices and drive continuous improvement in performance management systems
Culture Management
- Execute culture-building initiatives that reinforce organizational values and support a positive, inclusive workplace.
- Establish feedback channels to monitor cultural health and address employee concerns.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of culture programs to senior management.
Employee Engagement
- Roll out employee engagement programs and initiatives that enhance motivation, retention, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to drive continuous improvement in engagement strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on engagement metrics and program outcomes to leadership
HR Policy & Governance
- Support the governance and periodic review of HR policies to ensure compliance with local laws and alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with legal experts to maintain up-to-date and organizationally aligned policy frameworks
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on performance management.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BMI Requirement: Must be below 30 (compulsory).
- Age Requirement: 50 years and below.
