Steelcase APAC is growing our digital performance capabilities, and we're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to drive measurable business growth across both B2B and B2C channels.
You'll lead our performance marketing strategy, integrating paid media, SEO, CRM, and data insights to accelerate demand generation and conversion across the region, while maximizing ROAS. This role combines analytical excellence, creative testing, and cross-channel orchestration ideal for a marketer who thrives on both strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid, organic, CRM, and partnership channels.
- Lead and mentor the Performance Marketing Executives (Paid and Organic), fostering collaboration and capability growth.
- Plan and manage multi-market campaigns to achieve awareness, lead generation, and e-commerce objectives.
- Oversee media planning, budget allocation, and channel optimization across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and regional
- platforms.
- Drive SEO, CRM, and partnership initiatives to enhance organic visibility and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with the Content, Digital Experience, and Analytics teams as well as agencies to optimize the marketing
- funnel.
- Report on campaign performance, ROI, and cost-per-acquisition metrics with actionable insights.
- Test and scale new platforms and ad formats, fostering innovation and efficiency.
Who You Are
- 812 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital strategy, ideally in premium B2B or hybrid B2C environments.
- Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and CRM automation tools.
- Experience balancing brand and performance goals, with measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Strategic yet hands-on; data-driven yet creative.
