The Digital Products Manager should have a strong grasp of marketing tools and strategies, and be able to work with the team to deliver integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution, on time and on budget.

Backed by strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, the Manager is able to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels, including the bank's Connect Online / Mobile Banking platforms and In-Branch tablet solution.


The ideal candidate stays up-to-date on emerging technologies, latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and has the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
  • Measure and report on the performance of campaigns, and assess them against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, to inform campaign spend and performance optimization.
  • Identify target audiences and brainstorm creative growth strategies.
  • Deliver new products/services and optimize user experience across customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal supporting teams and departments, as well as external agencies/vendors/partners.
  • Contribute to an achievement-oriented working environment.
  • Practice open communication, transparency, and fairness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrable working experience in digital marketing.
