- Manage marketing campaigns (new to bank customer and existing to bank customers with cross-selling, top ups etc),
- Manage product development, product management and portfolio management in achieving business objectives and goals.
- Develop high yield products that comply with BNM guidelines and the Bank's compliance requirements.
- Manage and Implementation of new fees and/or looking at various avenues to increase the fee income that comply with BNM guidelines and the Bank's compliance requirements.
- Work with relevant stakeholders on any responses/feedback which is mortgage related and required by ABM and BNM within stipulated timeline given.
- Manage valuers and solicitors evaluation and empanelment.
- Work with Customer Advocacy team and other front liners to resolve customer complaints timely and efficiently. Develop strategies/plans/processes to prevent or minimize occurrences of complaints.
- Manage, review and and revise mortgage documentation to ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with sales channels to ensure proper and timely execution of all marketing campaigns, programs & promotions
- Monitor and analyze campaigns and business performance to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems/ issues and recommend solutions to rectify them
- Monitor competitor's market intelligence, benchmarking against competitors and global industry practices
- To support and assist PFS Mortgage on any other ad-hoc Management or Bankwide initiatives
- Ensure compliance in all internal and external dealings.
