Job Summary

Lead B2B pricing governance, commercial deal evaluation, and investment analysis to drive pricing consistency, profitability, and commercial discipline. Manage pricing frameworks, discount governance, business case assessments, and profitability analysis to support sound pricing decisions and value-driven investments. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to evaluate commercial proposals and provide financial insights for effective decision-making.

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Manage B2B pricing frameworks and governance by developing standardized pricing models, commercial structures, and pricing policies aligned with business objectives and profitability goals.
  • Lead pricing governance and deal evaluation by reviewing non-standard pricing requests, discount structures, commercial proposals, and ensuring approval compliance and commercial viability.
  • Drive business case development and investment analysis through financial modelling, ROI assessment, profitability evaluation, and strategic investment reviews to support management decision-making.
  • Monitor commercial performance and profitability by analyzing pricing trends, margins, deal quality, discount leakage, and identifying optimization opportunities to enhance business outcomes.
  • Oversee pricing and investment reporting governance by maintaining documentation, approval traceability, performance tracking, and management reporting to ensure transparency and compliance.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline, with 6–8 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, investment analysis, business case development, or commercial performance management.
  • Strong expertise in pricing strategy, pricing governance, deal evaluation, discount management, and profitability analysis, preferably within telecommunications, B2B, or commercial-driven industries.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, business case development, ROI analysis, and investment evaluation to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to assess commercial risks, pricing impact, margins, and business performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Product, and Finance teams in a fast-paced environment.
