Work within the GPM team to deliver high-quality management information (MI), performance management analysis, actual reporting, forecasting, planning and remuneration to senior committees, including the Group Executive Committee (GEC). Continuously enhance and improve underlying processes and the quality of deliverables by identifying and implementing improvements to checks and controls, increasing efficiencies and optimising working files. Support urgent requests and BAU deliverables in a timely manner while maintaining a good balance between flexibility and control.
Principal Accountabilities:
Key Accountabilities
1. Support various GPM Excel based deliverables, including MI, performance management analysis, actual reporting, forecasting, planning and remuneration.
2. Enhance and optimise existing work files, processes and controls.
3. Collaborate with KL and HK team to deliver urgent ad-hoc requests.
4. Coordinate closely with local businesses and Group teams.
Performance Measures
1. Consistently deliver high quality products within established timelines.
2. Perform well under pressure.
3. Provide clear communicate and closely manage expectations of the line manager.
Core Competences Required:
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Suite applications e.g., Power Apps, VBA.
Perform well under pressure
Ability of independent thinking, and problem solving.
Strong teamwork skills, communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably knowledgeable in the insurance or Financial Services industry
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in science-related field
Over 5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal
Professional qualifications in relevant fields preferred, e.g., accounting, actuarial, investment, data analysis and risk management
