Job Responsibilities: -
- Responsible for leading a team to achieve goals and meet success criteria at a specified time within the given constraints.
- Management of one or more projects for our customers providing day-to-day leadership to analyse their product requirements, develop designs, and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with the test team, administer all processes and procedures, and ensure compliance to all quality goals.
- Initiate test cases and issues for management improvement projects and processes.
- Manage presale and post-sale merchants on integration specification, technical product requirement, issues, and merchant reporting management.
- Prepare periodical project status reporting for management updates and daily tracking.
- Work closely with architects, technical teams, functional analysts and testers to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables.
- Communicating effectively with clients regarding the project, technology and functionality.
- Using experience to develop accurate work estimates, project budgets, and timelines.
- Exercising required controls and proposing improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans and change control plans, for all aspects of the assignment.
- Responsible for Statement of Work preparation, purchase orders, price quotes and other contractual Obligation.
- Demonstrates leadership skills in working with people and teams in a flexible, collaborative and resourceful manner with the ability to influence, to achieve project objectives.
- Able to prepare and update product related documentation and management.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks and additional responsibilities as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess a minimum of five (5) years of working experience in the Project Management role.
- in merchant relationship management and working experience in IT projects in financial services industry is an added advantage.
- pro-active, resourceful and excellent interpersonal skills.
- written and verbal communication skills in English, and Bahasa Malaysia and preferable candidate who is fluent in Mandarin as required to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- in the use of personal computers including such programs as Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management tools.
- to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have good time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and work beyond regular working hours if required in meeting timelines and objectives.
- Thoroughness, meticulousness, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working attitude and a team player.
- Working location: Kepong, Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
Education Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or any other equivalent qualifications.
- Candidate with project management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP is an added advantage.
