We are seeking a hands-on operations professional to lead operational excellence and digitalisation across our commercial office portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how things work — simplifying processes, implementing systems, increasing visibility, and raising service standards across multiple assets.
You will play a key role in driving the implementation of ServeDeck across the portfolio while ensuring day-to-day operational performance remains strong and responsive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee operational performance across a portfolio of commercial office assets
- Drive the implementation and adoption of ServeDeck across the portfolio
- Convert manual workflows into structured digital processes
- Monitor operational performance through system dashboards and reports
- Ensure service requests are managed effectively and resolved within agreed service levels
- Manage performance of property managers, vendors, and service providers
- Identify recurring issues and implement practical, long-term solutions
- Improve consistency, accountability, and operational visibility across the portfolio
- Support management reporting through meaningful operational insights
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing commercial property operations
- Experience using CMMS, CAFM, PMS, FMS, ServeDeck, or similar operational platforms
- Strong understanding of workflow improvement and operational efficiency
- Experience working with vendors and outsourced service providers
- Analytical, structured, and data-driven approach to problem solving
- Comfortable driving change and improving operational practices
- Experience improving workflows through digital systems will be an advantage
