Job Description

Kuala Lumpur | Reports Directly to CEO

We are seeking a hands-on operations professional to lead operational excellence and digitalisation across our commercial office portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how things work — simplifying processes, implementing systems, increasing visibility, and raising service standards across multiple assets.

You will play a key role in driving the implementation of ServeDeck across the portfolio while ensuring day-to-day operational performance remains strong and responsive.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee operational performance across a portfolio of commercial office assets
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of ServeDeck across the portfolio
  • Convert manual workflows into structured digital processes
  • Monitor operational performance through system dashboards and reports
  • Ensure service requests are managed effectively and resolved within agreed service levels
  • Manage performance of property managers, vendors, and service providers
  • Identify recurring issues and implement practical, long-term solutions
  • Improve consistency, accountability, and operational visibility across the portfolio
  • Support management reporting through meaningful operational insights

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing commercial property operations
  • Experience using CMMS, CAFM, PMS, FMS, ServeDeck, or similar operational platforms
  • Strong understanding of workflow improvement and operational efficiency
  • Experience working with vendors and outsourced service providers
  • Analytical, structured, and data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable driving change and improving operational practices
  • Experience improving workflows through digital systems will be an advantage
