Role Overview
We are looking for a high-calibre individual to join a lean, specialist team supporting the design and delivery of rewards, performance management and workforce analytics initiatives.
This role will work closely with the Lead, Rewards, Performance & Analytics to drive differentiated rewards strategies, modernise performance management practices and strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The role is positioned as a strong individual contributor, with a focus on analytical depth, problem-solving and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and review of total rewards strategies, compensation structures and benefits programmes to ensure competitiveness, internal equity and alignment with business priorities
- Conduct compensation benchmarking, market analysis and internal equity reviews across employee segments, including senior management and critical roles
- Support executive rewards analysis, including pay benchmarking, incentive modelling and preparation of remuneration insights
- Perform cost modelling and scenario analysis for salary reviews, bonus allocations, promotions and new rewards initiatives
- Support the annual compensation cycle, including salary review, merit increment and bonus planning
- Analyse rewards and recognition programmes to assess effectiveness and alignment with talent and business outcomes
- Support the review and modernisation of the performance management framework, including KPI setting, rating methodologies and calibration approaches
- Analyse performance outcomes to identify trends, inconsistencies and opportunities to strengthen performance differentiation
- Support performance calibration through data analysis and insight generation
- Work with Strategy & Transformation and Corporate Financial Planning to support KPI planning and cascading aligned to business plans
- Develop and maintain rewards and performance analytics, including dashboards and reporting to support decision-making
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for management
- Support preparation of proposals, analysis and materials for management discussions and approvals
- Collaborate with Finance, Shared Services and business stakeholders to support implementation and ensure data integrity
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology and enhance analytics capabilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive compensation and performance data
Requirements
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or related discipline
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in rewards, performance management, HR analytics or related areas
- Exposure to executive rewards, compensation benchmarking or performance management transformation is highly advantageous
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in compensation and workforce data
- Experience in cost modelling, benchmarking and performance analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Oracle (e.g. Oracle HRIS / Oracle Fusion) is an added advantage
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a lean team with high ownership and accountability
