Manager SAP (EWM)

About the Role

Join Accenture Strategy & Consulting's Supply Chain & Engineering practice and help organizations transform their warehouse and logistics operations through SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). In this role, you will lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives, deliver innovative warehouse solutions, and help clients improve operational efficiency, resilience, and business performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP EWM solutions while contributing to business development, thought leadership, and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather business requirements, perform solution design, and conduct gap analysis for SAP S/4HANA EWM (Embedded and Decentralized deployments).

• Manage and mentor functional consulting teams across design, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support activities.

• Advise clients on supply chain transformation strategies with SAP S/4HANA at the core, helping address warehousing and logistics challenges.

• Design and implement scalable SAP EWM solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational performance.

• Support business assessments, roadmap development, and transformation planning initiatives.

• Collaborate with practice and project leadership to identify growth opportunities and support new business pursuits.

• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, reusable assets, and thought leadership materials that enhance Accenture's SAP capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 10–12 years of relevant professional experience in SAP consulting, supply chain, or warehouse management solutions.

• Proven functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM with a minimum of four end-to-end implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of warehouse management, logistics, manufacturing, and sales-related supply chain processes.

• Experience leading solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

• Ability to develop business cases and transformation roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel when required for project needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience advising organizations on large-scale supply chain transformation programs.

• Knowledge of SAP-integrated warehouse automation solutions.

• Experience developing thought leadership, points of view (POVs), or industry insights related to supply chain transformation.

• SAP certifications in EWM and/or S/4HANA solutions.

• Experience working in global, multicultural project environments.
