Senior Executive and Managerial levels to support and lead E
mployee Benefits / Group Insurance operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment where operational excellence and service quality play a key role in supporting corporate clients and business growth.
What You'll Be Doing- Manage and support end-to-end processing for New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, and Policy Servicing activities for Group Insurance portfolios
- Handle policy administration activities including billing, member movements, enrolments, terminations, and policy documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely processing in accordance with operational guidelines, turnaround times, and regulatory requirements
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders including Underwriting, Claims, Distribution, Servicing, Product, and Operations teams
- Handle operational enquiries, escalations, and complex servicing matters professionally and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and service excellence
- Support process improvement initiatives, SOP enhancements, system enhancement projects, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Participate in UAT, system testing, and transformation projects where applicable
For Managerial-Level Candidates- Lead, coach, and mentor the operations team to achieve service standards and operational KPIs
- Oversee workload planning, resource allocation, and team performance management
- Support team development, knowledge sharing, and operational governance initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Support audit, compliance, and risk management requirements within the operations function
What We're Looking For- Experience in Insurance Operations, Policy Administration, Renewals, or Servicing
- Candidates with exposure to Employee Benefits / Group Insurance portfolios are highly encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of Group Insurance products, including Group Term Life (GTL) and Group Hospital & Surgical (GHS) plans, is required
- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a structured and fast-paced operational environment
- Exposure to UAT, system enhancement, or process improvement projects would be an added advantage
- Prior team leadership or people management experience will be advantageous for Manager-level candidates
